Domestic shipping (within Australia)
- Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD
- Standard: flat rate of $9.99 AUD
- Express: $15 AUD
International Shipping
- Free on orders over $150 AUD
- Standard: Flat rate of $10 AUD
- DHL Express: Flat rate of $30 AUD
Import Liabilities and Taxes
- KATE GALLIANO PTY LTD is not responsible for import liabilities applied by the destination country's government.
- KATE GALLIANO PTY LTD is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes in the destination country.
- Orders will not be accepted back due to rejection of customs charges.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours on business days.
- Delivery times within Australia: 1 – 7 business days.
- International delivery times: 10 – 20 business days.
Return and Exchange Process:
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery for Australian orders & 30 calendar days for all international orders.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for shipping expenses for returns/exchanges.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days of parcel delivery to our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days during higher volumes.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- 5% Restocking fee applies to all refunds to original payment method.
