True to size. I’m a 10-12 and purchased the M/L as I have a long torso.
My boobs stay in and there is enough coverage around the sides and back so you can’t see any of the back rolls.
Support is moderate, I don’t wear a bra under and am still happy to run. The shorts are a great length and don’t ride up. I wear mine to CrossFit so am doing alot of different exercises.

Gorgeous colour, nice thick material and great fit. Not a high impact bra but wonderful for weights, yoga, Pilates and walking- very stylish
