Return and Exchange Process
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for shipping expenses for returns/exchanges.
- Damaged or altered items, sale items, and items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days of parcel delivery to our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days during higher volumes.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
