Return and Exchange Process:

At KATE GALLIANO, we take pride in delivering premium, meticulously crafted pieces. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist within the following guidelines:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns. We are pleased to offer an exchange or store credit where applicable.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. This includes the original zip garment bag and barcode.
- Returns received without the original zip garment bag and/or barcode will incur a $3 fee, deducted from the final refund.
- Where required, a REFURB – Fabric Deodorizer Service will be applied at $1.75 per item to restore garments to our quality standards.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns are processed within 2–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. During peak periods, please allow up to 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A 5% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
We appreciate your understanding as these policies allow us to maintain the quality, hygiene, and exclusivity of every KATE GALLIANO piece.

Please note that during our Black Friday Sale period, all purchases are final.
We will not be accepting returns or refunds on any sale items. Exchanges only will be available for incorrect sizing or faulty items, subject to stock availability.
Due to the high volume of orders during this time, please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery. We’re working hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible, but some delays may occur.
